Is it a hit or a miss? Here's my take
The owner's kindness and willingness to help guests. Plus, the room was clean and had everything we needed, from microwave to comfy bedding.
On the downside, local police presence made us uneasy, and the noise from adjacent rooms disturbed our sleep. The hotel's outdated amenities could use significant improvements.

The staff were very amiable and kind, and the services were GREAT. I booked a room with a super bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave. A tub in the private bathroom was a plus.
No complaints.

We stayed just a short 500 meters from the lively Seaside Heights Boardwalk, perfect for evening strolls, and we loved being less than a kilometer from Lake Avenue Playground and Beach with lovely park views for relaxation.

The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable enough for a night, and i appreciated the location being so close to the boardwalk. My experience was so good compared to my last stay in seaside heights.

The parking situation was managed well by the staff. They even moved our car to make space after we faced difficulties finding a spot. The helpfulness stood out, especially when we were offered food donations to cook . The noise from adjacent rooms was disruptive, and cleanliness issues in the bathroom detracted from the experience. Some maintenance needs were evident, but the hospitality made up for a lot of it.

The staff is good and goes above and beyond to. One wonderful gentleman even parked our car when we couldn't find a spot! Plus, I loved how they offer food donations to cook-such a thoughtful touch!

Unfortunately, the condition of the room was quite unappealing, with stained bedding and a bathroom with black mold that clearly needed attention. The door was flimsy and showed signs of previous damage, leaving a sense of insecurity. The overall cleanliness left much to be desired, with dirty surfaces and a broken shower that added to the discomfort.
